Drury Plaza Hotel St. Louis Chesterfield

Great experience! Two complimentary meals per day, which cost me a lot less on my trip because we didn't have to go out to eat. Nice clean rooms. Great room service. Overall excellent experience. I am definitely going to be going again!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay! The Drury Plaza in Chesterfield exceeded all of our expectations. The atmosphere is incredibly cozy and family-friendly, and the staff truly goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. I was especially impressed by the amenities: the complimentary breakfast and the evening "Kickback" with hot snacks and drinks were such a lifesaver after a long day of travel. Our room was spotless and very quiet. The location is also hard to beat, with plenty of shopping and dining nearby and easy access to downtown St. Louis. I’d highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for genuine hospitality and comfort!

I'm a fan of Drury properties but this one is the best I have stayed in. Everything is clean and in excellent condition, the hotel lobby is lovely, and the staff is the most friendly, attentive, and service-oriented of any hotel I've ever stayed. They sweat the details. Very impressed all around. The covered parking area was a bonus and we were grateful to have our car under cover as it snowed the night we stayed.

Everything was great! Brent at the front desk was a true delight. Thank you so much, Brent, from the three of us traveling for our boy's birthday. And we loved the pool! The lobby was clean and well decorated, the room was truly spotless and comfortable, the pool was very nice (indoor/outdoor cool!), and the food was great for dinner and breakfast. Parking was easy and the location was fine. Drury, you've done it again! But the best part is how well everyone there takes a care for you, niceness must be a prerequisite. I can't imagine what else could be missing from a great stay, I really can't. Highly recommend, you won't go wrong here.

Where do I even begin!!! First let’s start by saying I’m quite the stickler about cleanliness due to my OCD. My family checked in on 2/24/26 the first staff member to greet us was Cindy. She asked us how our drive in was and proceeded to converse with us. We then checked in at the front desk and the gentlemen checking us in also asked about our commute in and informed us of all the hotel amenities. We checked in and the first thing I do is check the room, make sure it’s up to par. I could not find one single flaw in the room it was SPOTLESS! Even the other areas of the hotel are well kept! We were leaving for the day when we encountered Cindy again. My kids were taking pictures and she offered to take pictures for them and even took one of us all as a family! She was so sweet to offer and we chatted and laughed as she took more pics. We left for our outing and came back and headed for the pool which was also nicely kept. We were swimming and Cindy peeked in to check on us which we all thought was sweet! To anyone looking to possibly book here please do!! The staff and the cleanliness here is a TEN across the board!

Rooms are clean. The TVs cannot be connected to an HDMI cable, so you can't plug in your own device to watch your own streaming services. They have free breakfast (wide variety), and dinner with drinks between 5:30-7 PM. Staff was friendly and helpful. They do have a guest laundry facility - the machines are card operated, but the detergent is coin operated. Free popcorn throughout the day, along with water in the lobby.

When I arrived, Gabe and Jim met me at the front counter and were both very friendly and engaging. Gabe was dealing with a computer issue while also making the delicious popcorn all the while answering my questions and interacting with me as though I was the only person he was worried about. Jim continued helping me through my entire check-in procedure giving me all the information I needed about their dinner buffet and breakfast buffet. He also helped me with a particular room for my children. He was extremely friendly and helpful. The bartender was Missy. Although she didn’t serve us because we didn’t order any drinks, her interaction with every other guest was friendly and engaging. While we were walking to the dinner buffet, which my children loved, Nick made direct eye contact with me, started conversation, ask me about my stay and was generally very friendly. He visited us three more times while eating each time pre-bussing tables, making good eye contact, and generally being the type of friendly that doesn’t seem to exist anymore. Nick will go far. The entire staff was exceptional and I’m sorry I didn’t get everybody’s names, but this type of service that we received this evening is not commonplace in 2026. So very impressed.

First time at a Drury. Nice hotel. Clean. Smells good. Newish this one. Good sized room. Decent layout. No safe? Mini fridge and mini microwave. Sufficient bed and pillows. Curtains wouldn't close all the way, so that wasn't great. Typically small fitness center. Indoor pool. Free breakfast and one drink at 530pm. Pretty quiet and hvac was okay.
